Thinking of moveing to Pakistan please describe

I am thinking of marring a Pakistani man and would have to move there but I want to get an idea of what it would be like first. What is Lahore like? The brother is well to-do but I couldn't live with myself if i passed starving children on the way to market. I really don't know what its like and know wives of Paki men and Desi wemon from india. Please help me this is a huge decision in my life. Looking For: Someone that has been to Pakistan reciently and mabey even Lahore. Someone that can describe life and help me prevent too much culture shock.
